Viable's laser cutting machines are the most productive and precise laser cutting machines available to the embroidery and textile industry. Their unique design includes a flat cutting bed, and sophisticated laser control software. An optional micro video camera with optical recognition software is available.

MACHINE CONFIGURATION

Our machines use 91 x 91cm or 91 x 152cm cutting beds. They are available with a fabric roll feed system, a fabric conveyor system, or a sheet feed system. The sheet feed system allows a new sheet to be loaded and finished goods to be unloaded during the cutting process. The roll feed system allows automatic, unattended operation when cutting small appliqués or badges from rolls of fabric. The conveyor system is appropriate for large appliqués and fabric pieces. All machines are supplied with a laser cooling system and a fume extraction system.

VERSATILITY

Our laser cutting machines can cut embroidered badges, embroidery appliqués, woven labels, printed labels, and printed hang tags. The machine can also cut or etch leather, vinyl, suede, denim, twill, polyester, felt, flock, silk, acrylic sheet, paper, plastic, wood, cork, gaskets, and many other materials.

MICRO VIDEO CAMERA

Our optional micro video camera and software locates logos and aligns cuts accurately. The camera locates “registration points” above, below, and next to each badge. This data is used to detect and compensate for any distortion in the fabric. The system is designed for use with badges produced by multi head or schiffly embroidery machines, label weaving or printing machines, or other machines creating colored logos.
