FB400 LASER CUTTING MACHINES
Viable's FB400 laser cutting machines are compact
and economical. Designed for the embroidery and textile industry, they
include features such as a large cutting bed size and removable top, which
allow the FB400 to cut on a scale comparable to larger industrial machines.
Their unique design includes a flat cutting bed, and sophisticated laser
control software. An optional micro video camera with optical recognition
software is available.

MACHINE CONFIGURATION
|
The FB400 machine has a 60 x 45m cutting area.
It has a removable top section, which allows large sheets or rolls of fabric
to be cut, without pre-cutting the material into smaller sheets. This unique
design also allows faster unloading of finished pieces, versus the closed
side design of other cutters. The machine is supplied with a laser cooling
system and a fume extraction system. The simple design is easy to maintain
and repair.

MACHINE CONTROL SOFTWARE
Viable's powerful machine control software gives
precise control over the laser cutting process. Cutting power and speed
can be fine-tuned for different types of fabrics. Settings can be saved
and re-used. Cut shapes can be created with our software, or imported from
other programs.

VERSATILITY
|
FB laser cutting machines can cut embroidered badges,
embroidery appliqués, woven labels, printed labels, and printed
hang tags. The machine can also cut or etch leather, vinyl, suede, denim,
twill, polyester, felt, flock, silk, acrylic sheet, paper, plastic, wood,
cork, gaskets, and many other materials.

MICRO VIDEO CAMERA
Our optional micro video camera and electronic optical
software (EOS) locates logos and aligns cuts accurately. The camera locates
"registration points" above, below, and next to each badge. This data is
used to detect and compensate for any distortion in the fabric. The is system
is designed for use with badges produced by multi-head or schiffly embroidery
machines, label weaving or printing machines, or other machines creating
colored logos.
