VIABLE LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE

Viable's laser engraving machines are the most productive and precise laser engraving machines available to the textile, garment and embroidery industries. Their unique design includes a flat engraving bed and sophisticated laser control software.

MACHINE CONFIGURATION

Our 500 machine uses a 500 x 500mm engraving bed, while the 1500 machine uses a 1500 x 1500mm engraving bed. The 500 machine uses a fixed height laser head with 0.5mm spot size. The 1500 machine includes an adjustable height laser head to maximize engraving resolution depending on the size of the product to be engraved. Smaller products can be engraved at higher resolution with spot size as low as 0.3mm. Our machines are self contained and designed for industrial environments, using sealed CO2 lasers with integrated cooling and fume extraction systems. Our unique design utilizes an advanced galvanometric head with high quality motors and a telescopic lens to achieve ultra-high engraving speeds of up to 50,000 mm per second upon engraving areas up to 1500 x 1500 mm. A scanning trace produces an outline preview of the engraving design upon the flat bed, for easy and precise material positioning. MACHINE CONTROL SOFTWARE

Viable's powerful machine control software gives precise control over the laser engraving process. The software allows either Bitmap or Vector images to be transferred onto many materials. Engraving power and speed can be fine-tuned for different types of fabrics and materials. Designs and settings can be saved and re-used.
